Our Senior Pastors

Pastors Roger & Tina Archer are the founding and senior pastors of Motion Church in Puyallup, Washington. In 1998, they left Seattle and moved to Puyallup to plant Motion Church. The church started in their home and later moved to a local junior high school. Pastors Roger and Tina lead with zeal, passion, and vision that drive our church forward into what God has for us.

Roger has two Bachelor's of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Pastoral Ministry and holds a master's degree in Missional Leadership.

Tina oversees our Ladies Ministry at Motion Church. Her life experiences help to fuel her passion to see ladies discover their gifts and use them for God. She hosts our annual Darling Conference and is filled with the desire to see ladies empowered and inspired to ascend to the plans God has for them.

Roger and Tina have three incredible children, Adrienne, Britney, and Jacob.
