Frequently Asked Questions

Is your family new to Motion Church?

We would love to know more about your family and connect you with someone from a Motion Church campus.

Will my child make friends at Motion Kids?

Yes! Our Motion Kids environments and lessons are designed to help your child grow with kids in their same age group. We are committed to support them in each stage of life during our weekend experiences. Your child will be surrounded by a small group of familiar people each week building relationships with Motion Kids leaders and other kids growing in their faith together.

What will my children learn in Motion Kids?

At Motion Kids we want every child to love God’s word and understand the importance and value of applying it to their lives. The Bible is the most incredible book ever written and we work to bring it to life through creative discussions and meaningful activities that encourage kids to participate. We believe that each week they will learn about who God is through games, activities, small groups and video teaching.

What can I expect the classroom experience to be like?

In all Motion Kid's environments we strive to create places where children feel loved and are encouraged to love others.

How do I check my child in to Motion Kids?

We will need some information from you when you check your child in at Motion Kids. This includes family member’s name, your child’s name and birthday, your address, your phone number and any special instructions. We are with you every step of the way! Please feel free to ask questions.

How does Motion Kids ensure my child is safe and secure?

At Motion Kids “Safety Is Our Standard”. We utilize a secure check-in system at our Motion Church campus locations. After check-in, parents receive two matching alphanumeric tags. The child wears one tag and parents show the Motion Kids support staff the matching tag at pick up. The tag is required for each child to be picked up from church. Motion Kids support staff are nationally background checked and trained by Motion Kids Pastors to work with children. Motion Kids areas are locked down during services and monitored by the Motion Kids security team to ensure children are safe and secure.
